• Discord Account Data (ID, Username, Avatar) via OAuth2 Login.
• Information provided in the Whitelist form (OOC Name, Age, PC Specs).
• IP Address for security and anti-abuse purposes.
• User-Generated Content (Character Backgrounds, uploaded PDF files).

3. Purpose of Processing

Data is used exclusively for whitelist management, game server access, and ensuring user safety. The email address may be used for essential service communications.

4. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use exclusively essential technical cookies provided by Appwrite for login session management and to save language preferences. We do not use third-party profiling or advertising cookies.

5. Data Sharing

Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. The website is hosted on Hostinger infrastructure, while the game servers are hosted on Xenia Hosting. Both act as data processors for their respective infrastructures.

6. Security

We use Appwrite as the backend for our services, and infrastructure security management is entrusted to them.

7. User Rights

Users have the right to access, rectify, or delete their data. To exercise these rights:
